Apple Pie in a Glass

Makes 2 servings, 6 ounces of milk per serving.


Ingredients:
1 ½ c    fat free or lowfat milk
3 Tbsp    frozen apple juice concentrate
½ c    lowfat vanilla frozen yogurt
¼  tsp    ground cinnamon


Directions:
Mix ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve and enjoy.
