Fireman Salsa

Serves: 4 to 6 servings

Prep Time: 15 min
Level: Easy


Ingredients:
•    1 small red onion, finely diced
•    2 (15-ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed (can substitute for any canned bean such as pinto, navy, kidney, etc)
•    1 large avocado, peeled, seeded and diced
•    Salt and black pepper
•    1 mango, peeled, seeded, and diced (or substitute 1/2c canned peaches or one fresh peach)
•    1/2 cup pineapple chunks, fresh or canned, if canned, drained
•    2 limes, juiced


Directions:
In a large glass bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir well with a spoon. Cover with plastic wrap and chill until serving time.
