Fruit Smoothie
A healthy, quick snack that can be “made-to-order”. Add any fruit or flavoring to shake things up.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups Skim or 1% milk
- 1 ½ tsp. 1 cup
- 1 cup Crystal Light flavor drink mix
- Vanilla low-fat yogurt
- Fresh/frozen strawberries
Directions:
1. Blend all ingredients together in a blender until smooth.
