Glorified Macaroni & Cheese
A quick fix to make this ordinary Macaroni & Cheese meal more nutritious and last longer. Use your favorite vegetables and meat.
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. Macaroni & Cheese
- 1 cup
- ½ cup
- ½ cup Shredded carrot and zucchini
- Cubed ham
- Shredded Part-skim Mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Prepare dinner in a large saucepan, following the Light Prep directions on the package.
- Add vegetables to the boiling water for the last 3 minutes of the macaroni cooking time.
- Drain water. Add cheeses, ham, and vegetables.
