Nutrition

St. Joe’s partners with the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay Dietetic Program bringing nutrition information and programming to our clients with the help of interns. We are thrilled to have these bright students working with our clients and volunteers on basic nutrition education. Some of the projects and programs include educational boards, healthy, easy and affordable recipes that coordinate with the food distributed at St. Joe’s and recently we have incorporated a label system noting whole grain breads.
