Pasta Salad with Asparagus

Serves:  4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked ziti (or other pasta)
  • 1 cup cooked asparagus
  • 1 can baby corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup diced sun dried tomatoes or fresh grape tomatos
  • ½ tablespoon dried parsely
  • ½ tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup bottled Italian or Caesar dressing (low-fat preferred)

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
  2. Add asparagus, corn, sun-dried tomatoes and parsley and toss to combine.
  3. Add dressing and toss to coat.
