Ramen Noodle Recipes
Beef Tomato Noodle Skillet
This is a Heart Healthy Choice!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Ramen Noodles, crunched up
- 1-15oz. can of tomatoes
- 1-15oz. can of corn (not creamed)
- 1 lb ground beef
Directions:
- Brown the beef and drain.
- Add the tomatoes, corn, and noodles. Make sure to add the seasoning package to the meal. Bring to a boil.
- Cover, stirring occasionally. Heat the meal until the tomato sauce is evaporated and the noodles are soft.
Coleslaw
This is a Heart Healthy Choice!
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg. coleslaw vegetables
- 1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
- 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- ½ cup olive oil
- Fresh ground pepper
Directions:
- Combine coleslaw veggies, sesame seeds and green onions in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl combine Ramen flavor packet, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil.
- Break up noodles.
- Just before serving combine all and toss.
Ramen Vegetable Soup in Crock Pot

Ingredients:
- 2 packages of Ramen Noodles
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup carrots, chopped
- 1 cup turnips, chopped
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- ½ cup onions, chopped
- ¼ cup garlic, minced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
- Put the chicken stock in a crock pot. Add carrots, turnip, celery, onions, and garlic. Add some salt and pepper (or wait unitl ready to eat). Cook on high for 4 hours.
- Add Ramen noodles once the soup is ready.
Ramen Chicken Parmesan
This is a Heart Healthy Choice!
Ingredients:
- 1 package of Ramen Noodles
- 2 cups of water
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 2 eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup low-fat milk
- 1 cup dried bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of Low-fat Mozzarella
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Put 2 cups of water in a cooking and bring to boil, add noodles. Cook 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Take off the water with the strainer.
- Pound the chicken breasts until they are ¼ thick. Dip the chicken in milk and eggs, then bread crumbs. Pour olive oil in skillet, brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add spaghetti sauce to skillet. Heat sauce for 10-12 minutes or until hot, add chicken breast. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of chicken. Cook until cheese is melted, add salt and pepper.
- Add the ramen noodles in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes in the spaghetti sauce.
