Ramen Noodle Recipes

Beef Tomato Noodle Skillet

This is a Heart Healthy Choice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Ramen Noodles, crunched up
  • 1-15oz. can of tomatoes
  • 1-15oz. can of corn (not creamed)
  • 1 lb ground beef


Directions:

  1. Brown the beef and drain. 
  2. Add the tomatoes, corn, and noodles.  Make sure to add the seasoning package to the meal.  Bring to a boil.
  3. Cover, stirring occasionally.  Heat the meal until the tomato sauce is evaporated and the noodles are soft.   

 


Coleslaw

This is a Heart Healthy Choice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pkg. coleslaw vegetables
  • 1 pkg. Ramen noodles (chicken flavor)
  • 3 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • Fresh ground pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine coleslaw veggies, sesame seeds and green onions in a large bowl.
  2. In a small bowl combine Ramen flavor packet, pepper, sugar, vinegar and oil. 
  3. Break up noodles.
  4. Just before serving combine all and toss.

 


Ramen Vegetable Soup in Crock Pot

This is a Heart Healthy Choice!

Ingredients:

  • 2 packages of Ramen Noodles
  • 3 cups chicken stock
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup turnips, chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup garlic, minced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Put the chicken stock in a crock pot.  Add carrots, turnip, celery, onions, and garlic.  Add some salt and pepper (or wait unitl ready to eat).  Cook on high for 4 hours. 
  2. Add Ramen noodles once the soup is ready.

 

 

Ramen Chicken Parmesan

This is a Heart Healthy Choice!

Ingredients:

  • 1 package of Ramen Noodles    
  • 2 cups of water
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless,  skinless)    
  • 2 eggs (beaten)    
  • ½ cup low-fat milk    
  • 1 cup dried bread crumbs    
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese        
  • 1/2 cup of Low-fat Mozzarella    
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce    
  • 1 tbsp olive oil        
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Put 2 cups of water in a cooking and bring to boil, add noodles. Cook 2-3 minutes, or until tender. Take off the water with the strainer. 
  2. Pound the chicken breasts until they are ¼ thick. Dip the chicken in milk and eggs, then bread crumbs. Pour olive oil in skillet, brown chicken on both sides. Remove chicken and set aside.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce to skillet. Heat sauce for 10-12 minutes or until hot, add chicken breast. Add mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top of chicken.  Cook until cheese is melted, add salt and pepper. 
  4. Add the ramen noodles in the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes in the spaghetti sauce.
