Rice Pudding Recipe

Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 2 c. skim or low-fat milk
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. raisins
  • 1/2 tsp. powdered cinnamon

Preparation:

  1. Place rice in bowl, add all ingredients, stir to mix. Pour into greased baking dish or pan.
  2. Bake about 25 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
