Tuna Melt
A healthy, sandwich packed with protein. Your kids will love to help make this one.
Ingredients:
2- 6.5oz cans Tuna in water, drained, flaked
¼ cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 stalk
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese or 4 cheese slices
4 slices Whole-wheat bread, toasted
Celery
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 400° or use toaster oven.
2. Mix tuna, celery, and dressing.
3. Spoon mixture onto toast slices; sprinkle with cheese.
4. Bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
