Food Pickup Instructions

  1. Client cars will enter on Opportunity Way and follow the red arrows through the parking lot to the driveway in front of the building.

  2. You will proceed around the corner on the lane north of the St. Joe’s building where there are three pick-up windows (green on map).

  3. Proceed to a window with a green light. Pull up to the window so that your trunk lines up with the window and open your trunk.

  4. Step out of your vehicle and close your driver-side door. This is important as other cars may need to pass around on your left side to access another window or to exit.

  5. Come to the window. Our volunteer will scan your card and pass your groceries through the window.

  6. You can then load your groceries directly into your vehicle and exit from Compassion Way.

Extra Notes About Food Pickup:

  • We buy eggs in bulk, volunteers sort them into reused egg cartons in groups of twelve so each carton contains one dozen eggs.

  • Though your carton may have an expired date on it, that is not an accurate date as all egg cartons are donated by community members and reused for distribution. Your eggs are never expired. Please return your eggs cartons each week!

  • You may come once a week for food pickup

  • If the Appleton Area School District closes or goes virtual due to inclement weather, St. Joe’s is also closed that day. Check our Facebook and website for updates when there is inclement weather.
