Updates on FoodShare/SNAP
For Clients:
Full November FoodShare benefits are now available on all QUEST cards.
FoodShare members can check their FoodShare balance by calling QUEST Card Services at 877-415-5164.
In addition:
FoodShare benefits on cards prior to the November benefit release can still be used during the shutdown.
New FoodShare applications will continue to be processed.
The government shutdown remains in effect – Wisconsin DHS will send communications via text and email on further updates to members
FoodShare members should ensure their contact information (mailing address and email are current using access.wi.gov)
DHS will share information about December FoodShare benefits when it is available.
WIC, BadgerCare and Medicaid are still funded as of now.
To become a St. Joe’s Client:
Please call ahead, 920-734-9461, to schedule your qualification interview. These occur during the following days/times:
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 11:45 AM
Monday Evening: 4:30 PM - 6:15 PM (for those who work during the day)
Tuesday and Thursday: 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM
We recommend you bring:
Proof of address (a bill or current lease)
Proof of household income (pay stubs, social security statements, bank statements, etc)
Birthdate and identification for all household members (passports, birth certificates, driver’s license from any country, or Social Security cards)
In circumstances of homelessness or unemployment, please bring what you have and we will assist you.

Plan a Food Drive
Food and Fund Drives are easy! As a Food Drive Coordinator, you many plan, promote and manage your campaign any way you like. You may use the "Food Drive Materials" on this page to help your Food Drive be a success.
At the end of your food drive, we will pick up your barrels and food.
If you want to host a food drive for a specific item, feel free to call us and check what our most needed item is. Contact Scott Schefe, 920-734-9461 x314 or sschefe@stjoesfoodprogram.org to plan your food drive.

Monetary gifts assist us with food purchasing costs to provide a variety of food items for our weekly pantry distribution. Please send or drop off your check to:
